This Privacy Policy describes how Terra Nova Trading LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operating as LocalPageUp (localpageup.com), collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with our website, demo sites, voice calls, SMS messages, and client portal.
We collect information about local businesses from publicly available sources, including:
By opting in through our web form at localpageup.com/optin or by texting START to +17869368551, you consent to receive SMS messages from LocalPageUp regarding your demo website, subscription options, and service updates.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
To get help: Reply HELP or email support@localpageup.com
We do not sell your phone number to third parties. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently.
We may contact your business by automated voice call to inform you that a free demo website has been created. These calls are made to publicly listed business phone numbers. To opt out of calls, email optout@localpageup.com with your number and we will add you to our internal Do Not Call list immediately. All calling complies with TCPA regulations and FCC DNC requirements.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate LocalPageUp: Twilio (calls/SMS), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI website generation), and Brevo (email). Each is bound by their own data processing agreements.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS opt-in data, including your phone number and consent status, is used solely to send you the demo website link you requested and related service communications. This data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, lead generators, or any third party for marketing purposes.
We use HTTPS encryption, encrypted password storage (bcrypt), and Stripe for secure payment processing. While no system is 100% secure, we take all reasonable steps to protect your data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@localpageup.com. Opt-outs from SMS and voice communications are processed immediately.
LocalPageUp clients can connect their own LinkedIn company page or Facebook page to the Social section of their LocalPageUp portal. This only happens when the client clicks Connect and approves access on LinkedIn or Facebook.
What we access.
Why. Only to publish the client’s posts and to show the client how their own page posts perform inside their LocalPageUp portal. Nothing else.
What we do not do. We do not use this data for advertising, marketing, sales or profiling, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with other clients, advertisers or any third party. Each client’s connection and data is visible only to that client and to LocalPageUp support staff who maintain the service. We do not read private messages.
Deletion. When a client clicks Disconnect in the Social section, we immediately delete the stored LinkedIn or Facebook tokens and all data we hold for that connection: drafts, scheduled posts, uploaded images, and cached statistics. If a client cancels their LocalPageUp subscription, we delete the same data within 24 hours. Posts that were already published remain on the client’s own page, because they belong to the client. A client can also remove LocalPageUp’s access at any time from their LinkedIn or Facebook account settings, or ask us to delete their data by emailing privacy@localpageup.com.
